		<description>I have to vote for spring.  That was sealed up for me after living in Brooklyn for a year, and the winter was sooooo long and sooooo cold and sooooo DIRTY!  It was such a reawakening to watch the city thaw out and start fresh, and SMELL so much better.  (Sometimes the garbage would pile up in a snowstorm because they convert the garbage trucks to snowplows in the winter....think about that for a minute...)</description>
